Must Haves:
10+ years of experience in application support within financial environments (capital markets, derivatives, settlement, collateral, regulatory reporting for FI/EQ, and derivative products)
Strong SQL experience, including running reports and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Linux scripting, with the ability to read and understand scripts
Prior experience working in a Windows 365 environment
Excellent communication and writing skills

Day to Day:
This consultant will provide L1 and L2 support for the Market Operations Support Group, focusing on audit and access reviews to ensure compliance. They will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting Linux-based applications, managing up to 25 different applications simultaneously. The role requires multitasking across various ongoing issues, running logs and reports to monitor system performance, and addressing production incidents and failure tickets. The consultant will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to maintain operational stability.
