Position: Director of ERP and Corporate Applications
Overview: We are seeking a Director of ERP and Corporate Applications to lead our global ERP and business systems. This strategic role will oversee a team of 16-20 business systems analysts and lead the transition from Oracle R12 to a cloud-based ERP solution, likely Oracle Fusion or OCI. The position requires strong leadership in a business-facing role and experience with Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for ERP and corporate systems, collaborating with business partners.
Lead a high-performing team across manufacturing, finance, distribution, and order management.
Oversee the application development lifecycle, ensuring innovative solutions and seamless delivery.
Drive the transition to cloud-based ERP and Agile practices.
Establish KPIs and maintain robust security and governance protocols.
Foster cross-functional partnerships and manage vendor relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in enterprise application management, with expertise in Oracle applications.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing complex projects and teams.
Proven ability to lead digital and Agile transformations.
Additional Skills:
Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions (Oracle Fusion or OCI preferred).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with business process analysis and change management.
Location: Onsite, 5 days a week.
