The Role:
We're seeking a passionate Commissioning Sustainability Systems Authority to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and environmental stewardship. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our clients' buildings are not just functional, but also environmentally responsible and energy-efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive energy audits and develop sustainability strategies for diverse building types
Implement and monitor green building certification processes (LEED, WELL, etc.)
Analyze and optimize building automation systems for peak energy performance
Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate sustainable design principles
Develop and deliver training programs on sustainable building operations
Stay abreast of emerging green technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Systems, or related field
3+ years experience in building systems optimization or related sustainability roles
Proficiency in energy modeling software and building automation systems
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
LEED AP or other relevant sustainability certifications preferred
