Pay rate range - $50/hr. to $55/hr. on W2
Seattle, WA/ New York, NY - Hybrid 3 days in office
Must Have
Strong SQL, Analytics, Database, Data Engineering Experience
Strong Communication skills with stakeholders / different teams
Degrees / Certs and/or Experience Required:
2-5 years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets.
A graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science or related field, or marketing is highly desirable.
Strong analytical mindset, and ability to decompose business requirements into an analytical plan, and execute the plan to answer those business questions.
Strong working knowledge of SQL.
Background (academic or professional) in statistics, programming, and marketing.
Excellent communication skills, equally adept at working with engineers as well as business leaders.
MUST HAVES FOR THIS POSITION:
Candidates are too heavy is SQL in terms of reporting and doing more "actioning tasks/reporting". needs SQL experience but aligned with more in working through full cycle data issues and root causes.

Data Validation.
Strong communication on issues, presenting to leadership and team.
Analyze data / identify problems / produce results from analysis.
Ideal Background / Requirements in:
- Data Analyst / Scientist -OR- BI Analyst / Engineer
- Know the Basics of Data Engineering (Building Pipelines, Workflow, able to work with DE on the team to solve issues)
- 3-5 YRS / Advanced SQL Skills in Pipelines, Up/Down Streams and Data Flows
- Having Bias for Action and being able to Dive Deep - Analytic thinking / Know the why before the how
- Be able to understand requirements given by Project Managers and translate what is needed on the data side to create a data set
