Must have skills:
1. SAM Implementations hands on developer
2. HAM Implementations hands on developer
3. ITOM Implementations hands on developer
" Is industry experience needed for this role and why?: ITOM/HAM/SAM hands on technical development experience. This is a short timeline for implementation, and I am looking forward to someone who has already done these implementations before. (No Functional resource please)
" Years of experience required for each skill: 5 years minimum
" What are some nice-to-have skills:
1. CIS HAM
2. CIS SAM
3. CAD Certified developer
Responsibilities:
Experience includes but not limited to:
- ServiceNow Developer SAM Pro SME with hands on Software Asset Management experience.
- Be able to work with stakeholders, Implement/develop OOTB SAM Pro Product with minimum supervision.
- Define standards for Software inventory management.
- Experience with Scripting/Coding/Integrations for Client/adobe SaaS applications.
- Must have end to end understanding of SAM OOTB Processes and features.
- Work closely with BA and SA to help with successful SAM Implementation.
- Perform QA/UAT for data integrity.
