Travel Requirements:

• Will need to travel between Irving, Manhattan and the allocated Queens site once or twice a week. T&E for hopping between the sites will be reimbursed.

• The resource should have his own car and a valid driving license. There are times when they need to travel and get some devices back to their assigned sites.

 

Job summary:

We are seeking a dedicated End User Services Analyst with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Desktop Support - Remote and Field Services. This role involves providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform customer support tasks

• Perform all on-site activities related to installation, repair, management and maintenance.

• Track and document the progression of the work.

• Perform troubleshooting

• Identify all issues

• Suggest and implement solution

• Operate vehicle in a safe manner

• Check and update field automation systems and databases

• Adhere to company's given rules and regulations.

• Team up with colleagues and other team members

• Build relationships and trust with customers and clients
