JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Business-Data Analyst to join our compliance team, primarily focusing on the Know Your Client (KYC) remediation across various hub cities or remotely. The ideal candidate will analyze missing KYC data, act as a liaison to collect this data, provide updates, investigate and resolve issues, and assist in the overall Consent Order remediation program. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a problem-solving mindset.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform detailed analysis of missing KYC data for clients in the scope of remediation.
Coordinate the collection of missing KYC data by acting as a liaison between the remediation team and client-facing colleagues.
Provide weekly updates to client-facing colleagues, prioritizing the target client population.
Investigate and collaborate to resolve issues raised by team members or client-facing colleagues.
Escalate unresolved issues as needed and assist in various aspects of the Consent Order remediation program.
