Job Overview:

The IT and ERP Solutions Manager will oversee IT operations and manage the ERP system, serving as the vital link between information systems capabilities and business objectives. This role requires a strong background in IT management, ERP systems, and successful IT project leadership. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful completion of tasks related to software product features, including analysis, building, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily IT operations, ensuring efficient and effective support for all IT systems and services.

Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices, with a focus on robust cybersecurity measures.

Oversee IT budgets, including cost control and resource allocation.

Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Oversee ERP system implementation, configuration, and maintenance to ensure alignment with business processes.

Collaborate with department heads and IT staff to identify system requirements and customize ERP functions.

Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, providing technical support and training to end-users.

Lead IT and ERP projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop customized reporting and dashboards to address critical business needs, using data analysis and visualization techniques.

Manage relationships with IT and ERP vendors, negotiating contracts and optimizing systems.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuous learning and participation in professional societies.

Qualifications:

Degree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management and ERP systems.

Proven experience in leading and managing IT operations and ERP systems.

Strong skills in data analysis, process documentation, and SQL-based reporting.

Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to travel as needed.
