We currently have an opportunity for a Project Scheduler. This position can be based in any location, including Vero Beach, West Palm Beach, or Miami, FL. In this role, the Project Scheduler will manage bid proposals and oversee multiple projects throughout their duration.

 

Responsibilities:
Prepare construction bid schedules

Monitor and update daily progress reports; prepare monthly reports

Supervise and review all existing projects for accurate status

Develop scheduling support for time extensions and impact delays-Time Impact Analysis

Work with Project Managers and Engineers to control each project, identifying adverse turned or schedule slippage and recommending corrective action

Research, analyze, and prepare project impact documentation for mitigation

Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience

Thorough understanding of Primavera Scheduling software

Basic knowledge of construction projects including bridges, DOT roadway work, and infrastructure

Experience with planning and scheduling, validation, commissioning, cost control, claims, and estimating.

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle multiple projects
