The Role
We're looking for a Frontend Software Engineer with true startup spirit to join our small team. You'll have the opportunity to shape a product from the ground up and potentially transform an entire industry.
What You'll Do
Work on Outfit’s flagship product adding customer facing features.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product and design teammates on concepting and scoping new features.
Translate designs into functional, high-performance code.
Design and implement new UI components.
Work independently from development to deployment.
Connect the frontend with backend APIs.
Implement real-time data updates for AI-driven features.
Optimize the UI for interactions with AI models.
Maintain frontend testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Participate in code reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Requirements
About You

Your Technical Skills
3+ years of frontend development experience.
Detail-oriented with a consideration for customer impact on every feature.
Proficient in React and TypeScript.
Experience with Next.js and API integrations.
Strong knowledge of modern CSS (including Tailwind) and responsive design.
Mobile-first development approach.
Familiar with frontend testing methodologies.
Clear technical communication skills, including documentation.
Continuous learning mindset.
