JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and maintain metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions.

Conduct exploratory analyses to identify opportunities for growth, such as exploring new ads inventory or ad products.

Overhaul scalable data infrastructure to enable new metrics, optimizing for growth opportunities.

Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to business leadership.

Leverage diverse data sources to build comprehensive data systems, ensuring data integrity and adopting best practices in reporting/analysis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale datasets.

Strong analytical mindset with the capability to translate business problems into specific analytical projects.

Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams including engineering, finance, and senior leadership.
