The CRM Application Product Specialist supports HR systems, focusing on UKG Pro and iCIMS, by configuring, troubleshooting, and improving processes. This role focuses on enhancing HR efficiencies through support, enhancements, and custom development. It requires technical expertise and HR knowledge to optimize technology and impact HR operations positively. This role also provides the opportunity to find creative ways to make a significant impact on the organization’s HR operations through technology and process optimization.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Provide ongoing support for HR functions across multiple systems, with an emphasis on UKG Pro and iCIMS.
Collaborate with HR teams and subject matter experts to find creative solutions to improve processes for greater efficiency.
Setup and configuration of the environment
Improving application security measures
Handling new software installations and implementations, including testing applications and upgrades, documenting results, and troubleshooting issues.
Create specifications for customizations, and manage the testing and migration of these modifications from Development to Production
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
Entry Level development capabilities a plus
Entry Level knowledge of automating business processes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
3+ years of working knowledge of HR and TA processes
3+ Experience with iCIMS and/or UKG Pro
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well within a team
Self-starter; flexible to take on new initiatives
