The client is looking for a Scrum Master who can manage a complex, multi-vendor project with experience in Agile and the POD model while quickly adapting to their specific methodologies and handling data sharing and system integrations effectively.
Looking for an SM seasoned in Agile that has worked on mid-size implementations using the POD model.
They would have to become familiar with Genmab s Agile\POD playbook, be able to manage resources across multiple vendors and internal teams.
The project is a Speaker Program implementation which will require data sharing across different environments, multiple system integrations and various vendors.
