Job Summary:
We're seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join the AWS Marketing Insights team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating robust infrastructure to provide data-driven insights within AWS, leveraging the latest technologies for data ingestion, processing, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, data engineering, and automation, with a solid understanding of AWS services.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect scalable and fault-tolerant services for data ingestion into warehouses or lakes.
Implement processes for data validation, cleansing, and deduplication to ensure data quality.
Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and cost-efficient data storage solutions.
Automate infrastructure deployment and maintenance using CI/CD principles.
Collaborate with analysts and managers to understand data needs, developing optimized data models and maintaining ETL processes.
Must-Have Skills:
Looking for a software engineer who is strong in building AWS Solutions
Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Scala).
Experience with data engineering principles, including data ingestion, processing, and transformation techniques.
Industry Experience:
Experience in cloud computing or a related field is required for this role, with a preference for candidates who have direct experience with AWS technologies and services.
