Our Technical Coaches play a pivotal role in elevating our technical capabilities across the organization. These individuals are experts in their respective fields and bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to share with our teams.

 

Our Coaches are not only technical experts but also skilled educators and communicators, able to break down complex topics into understandable concepts and inspire teams to embrace new ways of working. They foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, helping individuals and teams to grow and excel in their roles.

These roles require a balance of deep technical expertise, excellent coaching skills, and a collaborative mindset. We're seeking individuals who are passionate about sharing their knowledge, facilitating others' growth, and driving technical excellence in our organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Their primary responsibilities include conducting immersive learning experiences such as dojos, workshops, and trainings to spread best practices and enhance technical skills within our organization. They may also embed within teams to provide hands-on mentorship and guidance on real projects, helping to solve complex problems and improve our processes and product quality.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Required

 

Technical

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles.

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Harness.

• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

• Proficiency with cloud platforms, specifically Azure.

• Knowledge of Microservice architecture.

• Familiarity with event streaming platforms like Kafka.

• Experience with source control systems like Git.

• Strong coding skills in the C# .NET programming language.

• Experience with SQL Server databases.

• Knowledge of various software testing methodologies, including unit and integration testing.

 

Coaching and Leadership

• Proven ability to coach and mentor team members in a variety of technical areas.

• Experience leading workshops, dojos, or other training programs.

• Ability to lead a team and facilitate problem solving and conflict resolution.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly collaborative mindset and a strong team player.

• Ability to communicate complex technical issues and solutions in a clear, simple and understandable way.

• Onsite, full-time attendance.

• Computer-related degree or equivalent experience.

 

Preferred

• Experience with performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace.

• Familiarity with API testing tools like Thunderclient/Postman.

• Certifications in coaching or relevant technical areas.

• Mortgage knowledge or experience.
