Role: ServiceNow Architect
Location : Charlotte, North Carolina (onsite, locals only)
Experience for Architect 10+
Mandatory Certification -
CSA (ServiceNow system administrator)
CAD (Certified Application Developer)
CIS - IT Service Management (Certified Implementation Specialist), ITOM/SIR/VR

Hands on with platform security, implementation, operations, upgrades, integrations, developments etc.

Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists
Experience on creation and customization of complex workflows and custom workflow activities
Experience in development of custom modules/Application.
Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX,JSON, CSS
Webservices, SOAP, email, and other integration
Experience working with Performance Analytics, email notifications, inbound actions, reports, gauges, and home pages
knowledge on AngularJS, Bootstrap and service mapping will be added advantage
Expertise on API integrations with other systems
Working with technical teams, business partners and project managers to assess, determine and mitigate possible cross impact to proposed releases and schedule project implementations as well as determine and understand business priorities and manage expectations to support on-going business needs.
Performing the installation, configuration, design, and implementation of compliant processes, intermediate to advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and eliminate issues
Expert on ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and SecOps modules
Well versed with ITIL processes
Well versed with project management
Good communication and customer interaction skills
Process Skills:
Well versed with ITIL
Well versed with project management
Prepare stories, estimate efforts and plan execution.
Mentoring team members on technical skills
Behavioral Skills:
Good communication skills
Mentoring Experience
Presentation skills
Working experience in a collaborative and high-performance team
Qualification:
10+ years of relevant working experience in ServiceNow Development, implementation of multiple modules
