The Role:
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of backend systems.
Drive advancements in our backend architecture to anticipate growth.
Take technical ownership of features, driving product progression.
Collaborate closely with the product team to drive impactful changes.
Present cross-team launches and updates at company-wide check-ins.
You Should be:
Action-oriented. You thrive on delivering results.
Backend-focused. You excel in building backend services over frontend components.
3+ years of problem-solving experience.
Proficient in building and scaling NoSQL databases (Familiarity with Firebase is advantageous).
Skilled in React.js (React, Redux, CSS/SASS, HTML, Typescript).
Strong communication skills.
Proven track record of timely and budget-compliant feature deliveries.
Organized, self-driven, and proactive.
