100% ONSITE POSITION IN PONTIAC MICHIGAN
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in platform development, lightning, .NET, functional programming tools, and knowledge of C or assembly. With your expertise, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Salesforce implementation and contribute to the growth of our organization.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
Develop and maintain complex Salesforce applications, including customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
Create and optimize Salesforce workflows, triggers, and validation rules to automate business processes and ensure data integrity.
Perform Salesforce platform configuration, including object and field creation, page layouts, and security settings.
Design and implement custom Lightning components and Lightning web components to enhance user experience and drive efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues in Salesforce applications, working closely with end-users to identify root causes and implement timely resolutions.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Must Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on platform development.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
Proficiency in Lightning development, including Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components.
Strong programming skills in .NET and experience with functional programming tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II are highly desirable.
Ability to work 100% on-site in Pontiac, Michigan
Nice To Have Qualifications:
Solid understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
