Work schedule details: hybrid onsite in Malvern, PA
Details:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Extensive experience (X+ years) in mainframe development with expertise in COBOL programming.
Proficiency in mainframe technologies including JCL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, and IMS.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, best practices, and design patterns.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of mainframe applications.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Certifications in mainframe technologies (e.g., IBM Certified Developer - COBOL or similar) would be a plus.
