Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an Senior Analyst SAP SD for an exciting project with a global FMCG client of ours.
Requirements for the Senior Analyst SAP SD are:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing SAP SD with integrations to Materials Management and Finance modules.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP logistics modules including Sales and Distribution (SD, WM, MM).
- Experience working with IT solution partners in an outsource model, collaborating with consultants daily and incorporating these practices into the company model.
- Ability to partner with key business users to understand requirements and translate them into actionable IT plans.
- Proven project implementation experience involving key stakeholders across various domains.
- Expertise in SAP SD business processes, leading process design sessions with business users.
- Proficiency in configuring, testing, and documenting improvements to current processes.
- Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Capability to work in a team environment, interface with multiple teams or individuals, and manage change effectively.
Job responsibilities:
- Execute logistics processes in SAP SD with integration to WM/MM/FI-COPA (OTC) and collaborate with various IT teams including Digital, Retail, and Integration.
- Manage SAP Sales and Distribution functions such as order processing, pricing, billing, and customer returns by conducting meetings with business users to understand their requirements, particularly in supply chain and integrations with E-commerce, omnichannel, and remote order entry.
- Oversee resource assignments and set priorities, coordinating with other functional managers to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Core IT policies, procedures, and guidelines while designing IT solutions that add significant value to the business.
- Build and maintain relationships with business users, BRMs, IT colleagues, and external resources to foster teamwork and ensure effective application delivery.
- Utilize application delivery tools and methods to document business requirements, analyse existing or new applications, propose potential solutions, and execute selected technology solutions effectively.
- Develop SOPs within the Supply Chain and Finance team and conduct knowledge transfer sessions weekly for other team members.
