Job Title: Program Technical Lead
Location: Remote/On-site (USCIS Locations)
Clearance: Background Investigation Required
Position Overview:
The Program Technical Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership across the RAPID program. This role involves overseeing the architectural design, integration, and implementation of modern IT solutions to meet USCIS's digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical strategy and architecture for the RAPID program.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Oversee code and configuration development in alignment with USCIS standards.
Implement and enforce DevSecOps practices for secure and scalable solutions.
Provide guidance on innovative technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in technical leadership roles.
Strong expertise in cloud architecture, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency with tools and technologies such as AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
Excellent communication and technical problem-solving skills.
