Job Description

This is a temporary staff position required to assist in completing 1000 PC refreshes.

We have many PCs to replace due to the XP Remediation project that was completed 4 years ago where we had to refresh managed desktops to WIN 7 to be compliant with Microsoft.

This position will split time between refreshing PCs (1/3 of time) and performing asset-related activities such as receiving new PCs, prepping & imaging PCs, as well as, performing surplus duties.

Description (including, but not limited to):

Technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems

Hands-on technical and functional assistance to business and technical users

Remote technical and functional assistance to business and technical users
