Overview:
NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for an IT Field Technician based out of the Phoenix, AZ Office and stationed in Tucson, AZ. The IT Technician supports the Infrastructure division of NaphCare’s Information Technology group in maintaining in-house computer/server systems, desktops, and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal performance.
This is not a remote position. This is a field position based out of the Phoenix office with statewide travel up to 80%. Company vehicle provided for travel.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Install, modify, image, and repair computer hardware and software.
Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
FIFO Inventory management including documentation, ordering, and shipping.
Shipping and receiving of computers and associated parts.
CAT5/6 data cabling and terminations would be helpful.
Performs other related functions and duties as required.
Requirements:
General TCP/IP, Microsoft OS, Microsoft Office knowledge.
Associates or Bachelors degree in an IT Related Field of Study from an accredited institution.
High level of organizational and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
