Hybrid-Remote Senior Data Analyst

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Hybrid-Remote Data Analyst in Nashville, TN to support one of our growing clients in the area. This role will be focused on understanding stakeholder needs and creating insightful data bi dashboards for them. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: Requirements: " 3+ years of experience in data analytics " 3+ years creating complex SQL queries of data from multiple sources " 3+ years of creating self-sustaining and actionable BI dashboards " Natural genuine curiosity about data and the insights that can be provided from it " Experience working with data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes Desired: " DOMO exposure " Python scripting Responsibilities: " Work with stakeholders at multiple levels internally to understand business needs, determine KPIs, and develop self-sustaining actionable dashboards " Help to manage the data roadmap and plan for future changes that would be positively impactful to the company " Evaluate potential new technologies to bring into the environment
