Job Title: Junior Scrum Master

Contract 

Atlanta,GA

Key Responsibilities:

Support two squads, each focused on 1-2 products.

Facilitate daily Agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

Collaborate with teams spread across different geographies, including India.

Contribute to planning activities and work closely with the Release Train Engineer (RTE).

Assist in creating reports, pulling data using Power BI, and ensuring standardized governance reporting.

Take ownership of domain knowledge and demonstrate a deep curiosity for continuous improvement.

Maintain close collaboration with senior Scrum Masters and key stakeholders to ensure team alignment and success.

Tools and Skills Required:

Basic Excel skills for data management and reporting.

PowerPoint skills for creating presentations and decks.

Jira (or an equivalent Agile tool) for backlog management and sprint tracking.

Power BI experience to pull data for standardized governance reporting.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.

Certifications Preferred:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

SAFe Certified

Ideal Experience:

Prior experience or knowledge in the airline industry is preferred but not required.

Must demonstrate curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.

Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams is a plus.
