Job Description: GDH is hiring anERP System Programmer/Analyst II to work with our client.

- Design, develop, and implement new features and modules within the Oracle Fusion Financials system.
- Maintain and enhance existing Oracle Fusion Financials system components to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the ERP Business Managers and other team members to plan and execute system upgrades and patches.

- Technical Support:

- Provide level 2 support for Oracle Fusion Financials system issues, including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
- Work closely with end-users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of support tickets and user queries.

- System Analysis:

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle Fusion system improvements.
- Conduct system analysis to identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements.

- Programming and Scripting:

- Write and maintain code for Oracle Fusion system customization and integration.
- Develop scripts and programs to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Ensure all code is well-documented and follows best practices.

- Testing and Quality Assurance:

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Oracle Fusion Financials modifications.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
- Identify and resolve defects and issues discovered during testing.

- Documentation and Training:

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Oracle Fusion system processes, configurations, and customizations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion system functionality and best practices.
- Assist in the development of user manuals and training materials.

- Perform other similar related job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ERP system programming and analysis, with a focus on Oracle Fusion Financials
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Java, C#, or similar.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with ERP and HCM system integrations and data migrations.
- Knowledge of business processes in areas such as finance, HR, supply chain, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Certification in Oracle Fusion or relevant programming languages.
