Seeking a skilled and innovative IT Program Manager with expertise in Strategic Initiatives will play a pivotal role in leading key initiatives within the organization: the Quote Package Redesign, Producer Portal On-Demand Reporting, and Edge Enhancements. This role requires a seasoned professional with 5-7 years of experience in program management, particularly within the health insurance sector, and a strong background in IT project management and web application development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end redesign of quote packages across all segments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline and align the process with customer journey standards.

Drive the design and development of a dynamic producer portal merged with insights reporting capabilities, enhancing the overall producer experience and automating the delivery of reports.

Define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables for both initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, monitoring progress and identifying potential risks or roadblocks.

Strong communicator with keen ability to understand and portray complex technical principles and information across various groups in the organization. transparency and alignment with stakeholders across various business units.

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project objectives.

Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to address technical requirements and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security best practices.

Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges for both initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in program management, IT project management, and web application development, preferably within the health insurance industry.

Strong understanding of health insurance processes, regulations, and customer expectations.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
