CTG's premier client has a contract assignment for an ERP Project Analyst.
Type: Contract
Job Title: ERP Project Analyst (Source to Pay, Procurement)
Location: Corning, NY (Hybrid Remote with Travel)
Pay Rate: $45-47 per hour
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Bachelor’s degree required (ideally in Business or Supply Chain); Master’s degree preferred.
A successful candidate will possess strong soft skills and the following qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in leading Source to Pay ERP deployment projects, preferably with SAP.
Familiarity with project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
Deep expertise in Procurement/Supply Chain operations.
Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams.
Description:
The GSM Source to Pay team is seeking an ERP Project Analyst to play a critical role in deploying ERP systems across corporate and global businesses. This role involves collaborating with key business process owners to understand their requirements and challenges in the Requisition to Pay (RTP) workstream. You will work closely with IT and implementation partners to design, configure, and validate ERP solutions, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes through workshops, training, and change management activities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Provide functional process and SAP subject matter expertise.
Contribute to project planning tasks including task descriptions, durations, and resources needed.
Support the identification of detailed business requirements.
Lead process reviews to define and optimize to-be processes.
Validate the SAP design with business stakeholders and Global Process Owners (GPOs).
Prepare for workshops by gathering necessary data and information.
Address open items and issues from workshops and ongoing project work.
Document, resolve, and escalate issues as needed.
Assist in testing processes and ensure necessary resources are available for testing.
Develop and deliver training materials to users.
Identify and communicate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide input and support for data mapping and validation efforts.
Facilitate effective communication across all project areas and partners.
Assist in cutover planning and development of training documentation.
Project Involvement:
SAP S4 Hana Private deployment projects for global/NA businesses.
Reporting Structure:
Report to Dana Waters, Requisition to Pay Global Process Owner.
No direct reports.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required (ideally in Business or Supply Chain); Master’s degree preferred.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of ERP integration in Source to Pay.
Excellent project management and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook).
Ability to work independently while being an effective team member.
Desired Skills:
Performance Excellence experience.
Process improvement background.
Team leadership and collaboration skills.
