Overview:
The IT Security Program & Project Manager (PM) primary responsibility is for the planning, building, delivery and support of priority projects and program maturity initiatives for Lakeview Information Security Risk and Compliance (ISRC). The PM is accountable for ensuring visibility to all initiatives, prioritization of same, and adherence to agreed-upon target dates. A successful PM is organized, diligent, and proactive. This role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with various IT teams to deliver high-quality support and solutions. The salary range for this role is $160,000 to $170,000, with an annual bonus, and it is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Willingness to become an expert of the operations that are being supported.
Identify opportunities for supporting and optimizing business processes and system implementations to achieve business goals.
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and needs.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
Perform project and process assessments, evaluate operational benefits of solutions, and convey benefits and gains to leadership and stakeholders.
Produce all elements associated with a project plan and maintain key project governance documentation.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and internal shared services.
Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures, safeguarding company data and systems from unauthorized access and breaches.
Manage Project stakeholders and partners by assisting all team members to ensure goals and requirements are met and any risks or issues are quickly addressed, mitigated, and/or resolved.
Develop and maintain budget, project, and reporting documentation as necessary to ensure timely and effective communication of real-time status through presentations and reporting.
Must be comfortable managing several initiatives at a time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Information Technology or Engineering or similar preferred.
Minimum 10 years as an IT or Project Manager, with a proven track record of "greenfield" projects.
Experience in Corporate Finance, Asset Management, or Hedge Funds a plus.
Familiarity with Business Process Management, Waterfall, Agile, and Lean project management approaches.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to problem solve and liaise with departmental staff and senior management.
Have a high degree of organization, individual initiative and personal accountability.
Demonstrable experience in budgeting and finance.
Experience with M&A / Divestiture initiatives preferred.
Experience in highly regulated environments, preferably Financial Services or similar.
Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registration
Security certifications: CISSP, CISM, GSLC or other relevant certifications.
Project Management: PMP preferred
