Principal has an exciting opportunity on the Benefits and Protection Team for a Software Engineer who will thrive in a constantly advancing agile culture. We are looking for an Engineer who can help build upon our core Salesforce platform and other integrated systems. You will need to be flexible and adaptable. Flexible in that you are comfortable playing various roles within the team as needed. And, adaptable in that learning and growing are key as is a willingness to do what it takes.

Who You Are:
Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 3+ years work experience or equivalent experience
2+ years of professional software development experience working with Java is required
2+ years of salesforce development experience is required
Strongest candidates will have exposure to many of the bullets below
Additional preferred skills/experience:
Modern JavaScript frameworks
SQL exposure
Working within the cloud environment (AWS preferred)

Salary Range Information:
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range:
$77350 - $(phone number removed) / year
Time Off Program:
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
