Summary:
" We are seeking an accomplished Program/Project Manager specializing in Finance BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) SAP projects with a proven track record in successfully managing projects using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe.
" The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in guiding Finance initiatives, excellent communication skills, and a talent for stakeholder management.
" This role demands a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of Finance projects while fostering collaboration and transparency within Agile frameworks.
Duties:
" Lead end-to-end project management for FINANCE initiatives, including planning, implementation, and execution.
" Ensure alignment of Finance projects with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
" Navigate complexities associated with Finance implementations and provide strategic guidance.
" Apply Agile principles, with a focus on Scrum and SAFe, to enhance project flexibility, transparency, and delivery speed.
" Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
" Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, and deliverables so that projects are delivered with machine-like predictability.
" Implement SAFe practices for large-scale projects, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.
" Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
" Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
" Proactively address stakeholder concerns and maintain a high level of stakeholder satisfaction.
" Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
" Empower teams to take ownership of their work and continuously improve Agile processes.

" Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager with a focus on Finance projects.
