Solutions Architect/Senior Developer

Description:
DSI is searching for a skilled Solution Architect/Senior Developer to refactor an existing custom .NET/C# Human Resources software suite hosted on Azure to meet the needs of our Agency and constituents.
Responsibilities:
Works with IT Architecture staff, and IT Managers to design solutions that meet the agency's requirements; assists analysis of the solution design's business case.
Writes, reviews, and develops applications, application source code using the departments standards.
Creates detailed test designs and test plans; creates and reviews test data for performing test scenarios; execution of unit and system test scripts, debugging efforts and defect tracking, support of user acceptance testing, and software implementation and deployment tasks.
Requirements:
2 years experience with .NET Framework, required.
4 years experience with Visual Studio, required.
4 years experience with 4 Years SQL Server, required.
4 years experience with Asp.net MVC 5, MVC Core, required.
4 years experience with Entity Framework 6.2 including LINQ to SQL, Entity framework core, required.
4 years experience with Kendo UI Controls for ASP.NET MVC, required.
4 years experience with Java Script, jQuery and CSS 3.0, required.
2 years experience with Azure App Service, required.
1 years experience with Azure blob storage, required
Demonstrates the ability to work directly with our Human Resource professionals, understand the basic terminology and business functions of HR, and have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing to the project sponsors.
Prior experience with HR applications or processes is not mandatory but preferred. Having worked on an interface with Ohio's ERP (OAKS) is also advantageous.
Comfortable working on Azure projects and well versed with deploying code using Azure pipelines.
Should have functional knowledge of working Azure Functions
