Position – Network Engineer
Key Skills -
Switching & Routing
VMware VeloCloud SDWAN
Cisco
Hands on experience of Velo SDWAN and Cisco Switches, Edge Routers, Access-points.
Configure and maintain VeloCloud SD-WAN solutions.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with other systems.
Perform regular network maintenance and upgrades.
Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.
Good understanding & depth Knowledge of Networking, Switching, Routing, SDWAN, Firewalls etc.
Configuration of Velo edge routers, Cisco switches, Cisco access points.
Hands on experience in supporting & managing of Wired network data devices and protocols in enterprises setup environment.
Troubleshoot & resolve network issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Should be well versed in handling Incident, Change and task Management.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of network configuration, changes and troubleshooting procedures.
Interact with clients to understand their network requirements, propose solutions and address technical concerns
The annual salary for this position is between $80000 - $(phone number removed) depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
