Title: HR Analyst / Employee Data Specialist

Daily Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a remote/global team
Handle Tier 2 cases
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly audits
Support termination, legal requests, post-placement changes, and reporting
Preferred Skill Sets:
Experience with Workday, Excel, case management systems, and I-9s
Must-have: Strong Workday and Excel skills, attention to detail
Teachable: Advanced Workday, Excel, and reporting
Onsite Requirements:
Candidate must visit the Indianapolis hub at least 1 day per week
Open to candidates from any AMER time zone
Interview Process:
Two rounds of interviews (one with Managers, one with the Director)
Role Overview:
The Employee Data Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting Employee Success (HR) operations. This role involves HR data management, employee onboarding, and managing global work authorization programs, with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer employee data changes and new hire processes
Assist with voluntary/involuntary separations
Manage manager self-service transactions
Handle global work authorization audits
Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
Conduct Workday data audits and support reporting initiatives
Contribute to continuous process improvement
Required Skills/Experience:
2+ years in human resources
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
High attention to detail and organization
