we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Five (5) years of related professional-level experience in writing business functional requirements with a focus on technical projects.
-Experience working in a project team environment.
-Ability to work independently to lead requirements gathering for large, complex technical projects.
-Skill sets: Innovation, Problem-Solving Skills, Detail Oriented, Collaboration, Facilitation -Produces comprehensive documentation and diagrams encompassing business processes, use cases, data mapping, and other relevant aspects.
-Conducts gap and root cause analysis to identify underlying needs/opportunities for improvement.
-Utilizes Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies to document solutions into comprehensive requirements and user stories.
-Participates in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones.
-Provides project-level analysis producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, data mapping, business process flows.
