Prefer that candidates are local to Richmond
Need to be an experienced UI/UX designer and must be able to design a website in pulse, including content creation, grammar modifications and solving formatting issues
Customer Focused (no interaction)
Pulse (SaaS) LumApps software. That said, it is easy to enhance or build onto that by adding custom HTML code and java script
Experience with Figma design app
Questions to ask when screening candidates-
Able to take information and create a design that is easily consumable and simple to navigate?
Able to proofread and make corrections to grammar, solve formatting issues?
Able to work autonomously and work quickly to meet deadlines?
