Job Summary:
The User Experience Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered, high-quality interfaces. This role focuses on enhancing product design and user experience through critical thinking, communication, and design reviews.
Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into user interface specifications.
Participate in design reviews and provide UX recommendations.
Conduct usability testing and research to propose new concepts.
Collaborate with project managers to meet timelines and technical constraints.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and improve UX methodology.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Usability, or related field.
0-2 years (3+ years preferred, or 1+ with master’s degree).
Knowledge of UCD principles, web technologies, and usability testing.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and prototyping tools.
Strong communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
