Senior SAP Solutions Specialist
Pay rate up to $105/hr

Job Summary:
An SAP EAM (SAP PM) Analyst with a strong background in S/4HANA and process consulting to join a high-performing team.
The Senior SAP Solutions Specialist will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify, map, and implement improvements and support the production SAP S4 Hana system for the EAM Process.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their Demand to Supply processes, and identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
Provide process consulting to business stakeholders and identify areas of business process optimization and improvement.
Senior SAP Solutions Specialist works with technical teams to design and configure SAP S/4HANA to support optimized Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) process.
Analyze data and system workflows to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and support them with issue resolution in EAM and IM areas.
Participate in the testing of new EAM functionalities and ensure the quality of solutions delivered.
Support the change management process by effectively communicating changes to impacted parties and managing change requests.
Continuously monitor and analyze Demand to Supply processes and system performance, and recommend further improvements.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Computer Science or related field
8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM/EAM/IM, process mapping, configuration and implementation, and integration. Process knowledge in SAP PP, QM, and WM will be an advantage.
Experience working on at least 2 SAP S/4HANA projects with working knowledge of Fiori apps
Strong understanding of Demand to Supply business processes and process optimization
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Experience in process consulting and change management.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in Waterfall / SAP Activate methodologies.
Must Haves:
SAP EAM experience with 5+ end-to-implementations.
Strong configurator in all standard EAM processes – notifications, preventive-, breakdown-, repair-, refurbishment work orders, technical objects, settlement, PM master data, etc
Functional spec developments for interfaces, workflow, forms, reports, enhancements
Fiori (regarding PM and related logistics processes)
Leading meetings and workshops
Desired but not a must-have SAP IAM-MOC(management of change) and SAP Asset Manager experience.
