About this Position / Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: 

 

• Lead, elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements of multiple stakeholders.
• Develop reporting or dashboards based on the stakeholder requirements.
• Review existing business processes and system inefficiencies and propose the improvements.
• Prepare ad-hoc queries as necessary using common reporting tools and other available tools and resources.
• Conduct the data quality checks by using automated processes.
• Develop and implement self-service dashboards or reports standards across the organization.
• Review and mature data governance policies, processes, and procedures for guidance.
• Monitor and audit data access, data usage, and adherence to data governance policies.
• Engage with multiple teams to spark innovative use cases for data and AI.
• Maintain the data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes.
• Assist in the configuration and management of Dell Boomi integrations, database/system connections.
• Manage projects through all project life cycle (including cross-divisional projects).
• Perform other related duties and activities as required.

Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience as a data analyst and a Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Data science, Math or equivalent) or a Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience.

• 4+ years of experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau or equivalent tools.
• 3 + years of experience with SQL and other database management systems.
• Experience with data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes.
• Proficiency with Python, AI solutions, SaaS and cloud concepts.

• Excellent professional demeanor with a willingness to work outside of your comfort zone in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving new technology environment without hesitation.
• Ability to manage multiple work-streams and projects, learn quickly, and work independently with little supervision.
