Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for an Integration Analyst. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

 

This is a hybrid position in Nashville, TN

 

Responsibilities:

Our team is seeking a seasoned technology professional to assume the role of Integration Analyst with a focus on platform integration/migration.

The Integration Analyst is a key member of the team who will work closely with Program Managers, Solution Architects, Business Systems Analysts, and key stakeholders to discover and deliver solutions pertaining to our platform migration.

Serve as a key point of contact and will play a critical role in ensuring our processes and connections are documented and migrated successfully into our new platform.

Be the primary liaison between the Business, Technology, and the Vendor for all things related to the discovery and support of the vendor migration.

Build relationships with your stakeholders to understand their needs and convert those needs into requirements and solutions for IT and for the vendor.

Lead coordination of cross-functional teams including (but not limited to): implementation, enhancements, and integrations.

Help troubleshoot any system issues, and you’ll work closely with the vendor to ensure that we address any future state engagements/enhancements that may affect migration.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with ambiguity & reasonable autonomy, researching & reading documentation, asking probing questions, solutioning, and driving items to completion.

 Independently lead effort to discover vendor contacts, details, and document requirements and any potential future changes at vendor that could affect migration efforts.

Ability to organize data and analyze into actionable steps for vendor re-connection.  Function as the primary analyst, distilling and interpreting needs to formulate a comprehensive and coherent technology solution. Serve as the primary technical contact for research and analysis.

Maintain and manage all outgoing and incoming communications both internally and externally.

 Lead the end-to-end migration of re-connecting vendors to new environment including coordination with vendor staff, communication with business stakeholders and internal staff, ensuring internal teams have intake requests, validation of credentials/access for vendor, and tracking of progress of all migration activities to closure.

Serve as the primary point of contact for information, documentation, resolving issues, and identifying gaps.

 Provide comprehensive support and troubleshooting expertise to ensure issues/requests are documented and tracked.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc. or equivalent and related work experience.

A minimum of 8 years in Information Technology in the capacity of a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years dedicated to leading the implementation of or managing the support for vendor integrations and ITIL functions.

A technical understanding of file shares, file transfers, gateway connectivity, sFTP setup, SSO, application connectivity/whitelisting and technical skills to implement/migrate new and existing vendors. 

Exceptional communication skills to convey technical nuances simply and facilitate productive dialogue with stakeholders at various organizational levels. Ability to communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences (technical and non-technical). 

Ability to effectively prioritize work, balancing support with project driven action items, along with exceptional organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven ability to think innovatively, offering strategic insights and novel approaches to facilitate moving past roadblocks.
