Finance - Operations Analyst I

- Standard hours, 8 to 5

- Hybrid schedule – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

- HM is looking for a hedge fund operations specialist

- Must be comfortable reviewing documents, reviewing investments accounts

- Self-motivated candidate, strong work etic, dependable, eager to learn, good time management skills

- Any sort of operational experience is preferred

- Microsoft office experience (excel, word, PDF)

- Attention to detail is critical

- Strong communication skills

- Account management / documentation review background is a plus

- Degree is not required

- HM is open to recent college grads

- Ongoing training and support will be provided

 
Job Description: Looking for a self-motivated candidate to join a high-performance team that is Hedge Fund Operations. Daily tasks include but are not limited to oversight of client executed documents, providing accurate instruction to other Ops teams, phone and email communication with our Client Relationship Teams, Hedge Fund Administrators, and business partners. Key skills/qualities for potential candidate are ambition, verbal and written communication, organization, dependability, eagerness to learn, proficiency in Microsoft applications (Nitro PDF a plus).
