Today we are hiring a Remote/Hybrid-Systems Admin Consultant Applications (PeopleSoft / Coupa / ERP) this role is in Atlanta, GA as a Hybrid position, it's mostly remote *Candidates must report to our Pleasanton or Pasadena office twice per month to participate in monthly meetings.

This hospital client is seeking a highly skilled IT ERP Lead Functional Business Analyst to support the PeopleSoft ERP application and Supply chain Cloud applications and manage a group of approximately 10 professional Functional Business Analyst. The Functional Lead Analyst will be a part of the hospital's National functions -in Finance and supply chain Production Support staff and work directly with the National Finance groups, Material Directors and users to provide support and ensure that SLA's and Customer relationship management is being met.

Job Summary:

In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position drives the incident and problem management process by resolving complex issues (e.g., root cause analysis, coordinate prevention plan execution) and addressing second (2nd) level escalations as appropriate.

Essential Responsibilities:

Collaborates with technical and project team leaders to resolve system problems and application-specific issues.

Communicates with product users and suppliers to share information, identify opportunities, resolve problems, prioritize customer requirements, and maintain continuous improvement through customer feedback.

Escalates unresolved or critical issues, risks or problems to system engineers and management.

Meets timelines and provides cross-functional resources to drive the delivery of appropriate, sustainable, and prompt solutions.

Plans and performs complex system configuration.

Manages the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems and systems in one or more additional IT domains (e.g., systems, applications, network, databases, storage, security) by performing complex systems analysis to identify problems, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Plans the maintenance, modification, and documentation of applications.

Monitors the service of first and second level support for enterprise systems and systems in one or more additional IT domains by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex incidents to minimize system issues.

Creates complex documentation of new and existing system configuration and procedural information, and supports others in ensuring system configurations documentation is complete and accurate.

Provides complex application-oriented administration and technical support for production and non-production environments.

Leads hardware and software changes into environments and one or more additional IT production environments by performing impact analyses of system changes.

Develops guidelines to prevent and/or resolve recurring problems.

Recommends and executes complex performance tuning and optimization activities.

Evaluates new complex application packages and identifies anticipated systems requirements for planning purposes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum five (5) years experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support.

Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care or related field and Minimum eight (8) years working in IT or operations. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position? ERP Operations Support background with experience in Supply Chain-Purchasing and Inventory Experience in Peoplesoft or Coupa (A MUST) Has led or worked in matrixed organizations Experience working in Product teams or agile methodology Has experience in supporting Cloud applications

What are the nice-to-have skills? Strong functional and some technical skills but mainly be a quick learner and ability to adapt

Describe how this position fits in your organization. We support one of the largest single instance applications at the hospital. We are the system of record for supply chain and financials. We are also responsible for all the jobs that place our hospital and drug orders, so we have to be on top of things in order to prevent impact to patient care.

Is there additional variable compensation? Accurate salary range is $137k-$178k, plus up to 14% annual bonus and full benefits. The range for each geographical area is different.
