In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing and coordinating the technical aspects of our Golang projects. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in Golang programming, along with your ability to lead and mentor a team, will be crucial in driving the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Golang developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development process
Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of software applications using Golang
Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope
Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability
Identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks, escalating when necessary
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Golang development and share knowledge with the team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Demonstrated experience as a Golang developer, with a strong understanding of the Golang ecosystem and best practices
Proven leadership or management experience, preferably in an Agile development environment
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker
Familiarity with popular Golang frameworks and libraries, with the ability to select and integrate them effectively
Proficiency in version control tools, specifically Git
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
