Solution Architect

Seeking a Solution Architect to join our client, a leading AI-specialized company, in Tarrytown, NY.

Responsibilities:

Design and Modify Technical Architecture:

Engage with stakeholders to architect digital, automation and artificial intelligence solutions.

Collaborate with business and technical architects on solution options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business capabilities and processes.

Create HLD (high level design), modify technical architecture and provide

High level design to address specific business needs. Create detailed blueprints that outline the components, data flows, integration points, and infrastructure requirements for the automation solution

Identify integration requirements

Assess the existing systems architecture and recommend solutions for improvement

Seek ways to drive adoption of new technology and reuse existing technology

Ensure that solution architecture is a primary input to the downstream team

Develop and utilize toolbox of architecture components for re-use

Develop a standardized framework to assess, categorize, value, and realize digital and automation architecture.

Collaborate with solution and technical architects on solution options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business capabilities and processes.

Supervise Development Teams:

Provide guidance and supervision to development teams and ensure that teams provide accurate Low Level Design

Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and architects to design and develop solutions.

Stay Current with Emerging Technologies:

Continuously research current and emerging technologies.

Propose changes needed to enhance system efficiency.

Inform Stakeholders:

Communicate any issues with current technical solutions to various stakeholders.

Assess the business impact of technical choices.

Provide Updates:

Keep stakeholders informed about product development processes, costs, and budgets.

Problem Solving and Support:

Analyze and resolve technical and application issues.

Provide third-level support to business users.

Proven Work Experience:

Previous work experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role.

Project management experience is advantageous.

Technical Proficiency:

In-depth understanding of coding languages.

Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.

Effective Communication:

Efficient communication skills to interact with stakeholders.

Organizational and Leadership Skills:

Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins).

Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Good hands-on knowledge on AWS, Microsoft Power platform, Appian
