Overview:
Salary range for this position is $79,013-$92,976; Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

 

POSITION SUMMARY: The HR Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in facilitating and supporting key Human Resources processes, primarily focusing on Human Resources Information Management. This role provides business expertise to implement and support HR software, collaborating with the Workforce Analytics Developer to build and automate key HR data integrations between systems into a usable and consumable format for the business. The HR Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting and maturing the ServiceNow platform by analyzing users’ needs and then designing, developing, and testing solutions to meet those needs. Key responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of HR information systems, ensuring that applications meet the organization’s needs, requirements, and objectives. The HR Systems Analyst works closely with key stakeholders to analyze and optimize work process design and flow across all HR and connected business applications. Additionally, this role develops and tests solutions to meet organizational needs by leveraging technological capabilities.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor Degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, healthcare, human resources, or other closely related field.

 

Experience: 1 year of experience in business intelligence, analytics, HR operations, healthcare or information technology.

 

Experience using iCIMS, ServiceNow, Workday, UKG/UltiPro, or other HR Software.

 

Demonstrable experience with natural language processing (NPL) and Large Language Models (LLM) and other automation. 

 

Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Time management skills to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment with critical deadlines.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Experience developing and maintaining robot/machine learning technology. Licensure/ Certification: Artificial Intelligence certification from an approved entity.

 

Other Skills/ Knowledge: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or other related programming language Knowledge of bot frameworks (e.g. Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow)
