Key Responsibilities:
Function as a consultant to our internal business partners regarding technology and process solutions
Facilitate finding, developing, and implementing viable technology solutions for our business partners by working with teammates, IT groups within the company, external service providers, and business partners
Provide guidance to our internal business partners by knowing what technologies are available to solve complex requirements
Interface with internal business partners, IT groups, and external service providers to implement new systems and modify existing systems
Skills & Qualifications:
Must be able to work on a W-2
Structured, methodical system analyst skillset (software system requirements gathering, and workshop facilitation, documentation, testing)
Knowledge of current technologies
Effective communication
Capability and willingness to learn rapidly, ask questions, and retain the information provided during the process
Good organizational and documentation skills
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, computer science, business, economics, and engineering, open to other majors
Location: Richmond, VA.
This job is primarily an onsite role. You will be required to work at an onsite location. This position may allow up to 50% remote work.
The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
