Network Engineer

Pay rate is $50 to $60 per hour

2 to 3 days remote

Must Have Qualifications:

- Network support and troubleshooting experience

- Data Center experience

- Cisco ACI

- Cisco switches and routers

- Cisco Nexus

- Checkpoint firewalls ideally, but open to Fortinet, Cisco Firepower or Palo Alto

-  Understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, STP, PIM, LACP, PBR, VPC)

Plusses:

- ACI

- Azure 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Maintain and provide support for LAN/WAN networks

- Provide level 2 and 3 escalation support

- Resolve network related issues

- Support firewalls and make firewall policy changes

- Create and maintain network diagrams and documentation
