Job Title: Computer Support Specialists
Employment Type: Contract
Work Hours: 40 hrs./week

Job Duration: 2 Years

Job Duties:
Assist with program functions.
Analyzing data and creating data dictionaries
Running and maintaining data pipeline processes
Mapping and performing routine maintenance on databases.
Providing general computer support as needed
Offering training and support to Department of Health staff, providers, and consumers
Work in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment, adapting to shifting deadlines and priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma (or equivalent)
At least 2 years of experience in an IT-based professional setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, Access)
Ability to input and extract data from electronic databases.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Office certification
Experience in database creation, maintenance, and mapping.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or Tableau
Misc. Information:
Monday to Friday; 9am - 5pm
Free parking facility available.
Interviews conducted virtually.
Training will be provided.
