If you're an agile thinker who enjoys utilizing modern technology to make big improvements, then you're a perfect fit for this team. Join Collins Aerospace to help us revolutionize the aerospace industry today!

The Digital Technology Program Management Office (PMO) is currently searching for Scrum Master professional who can work independently supporting the Agile execution framework by engaging customers, managing project Program Increment (PI) planning and sprints, and ensuring quality on-time deliverables. You will play a critical role in helping teams deliver solutions that help Collins internal customers embrace digital transformation capabilities to deliver products faster.

• Communicate and manage project vision with the scrum team to ensure an understanding of scope, company's commitments and customer expectations.

• Lead project teams through agile ceremonies (i.e., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, program increment ceremonies), preparing the required supporting materials.

• Maintain a healthy backlog of well written stories that are development ready.

• Work with developers and Product Management for effective story point estimating and effort estimation.

• Identify risks, dependencies and mitigate impediments that may affect the team progress and ability to deliver value.

• Resolve conflicts, promote work sharing, instill accountability, and motivate teams toward common goals.

• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance delivery and effectiveness of the scrum team.

What You Will Learn:

• How to guide cross functional scrum teams using Agile principles and gain a deeper understanding of SAFe values that are foundational to this way of working.

• Collaborating and influencing across cross functional teams and organizations within Collins and across Raytheon Technologies.

• The Collins Product Lifecycle, from Engineering design to Operations execution and aftermarket support.

• How to continuously adapt and improve to deliver value to the business.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and at least 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in the absence of a degree, at least 8 years of relevant experience.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Scrum Master Certification and experience.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

• Demonstrated experience in managing successful large, cross functional projects.

• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills.

• Presentation and relationship management skills.

• Experience with Agile planning tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops or similar.
