Job Requirements / Description
o Analysts - Understand requirements to bring in new datasets, analyze the business use cases, suggest the right source of truth and solve business problems
o Engineers Be comfortable and speak 'engineer language', be agile, give detailed requirements to engineers
o Architects - Ability to provide alternative suggestions/improvements to data designs, utilizing knowledge of business systems
o Executives - Communicate progress frequently across organizational boundaries and to senior executives when needed
Bring thought leadership to the table, to influence key business decisions. Be boundaryless in thinking and actions
Demonstrate strong implementation aptitude to translate objectives into a scalable solution to meet the needs of the end customer while meeting deadlines.
If there is no existing solution or process, strive to find an alternate solution or process to help the business achieve goals
Think beyond what is accepted as possible, negotiate to bring out the best solution beneficial to all
Comfortable to pull data and do initial analysis using advanced SQL and scripting skills, validate the data, ensure correctness and data quality
Passionate about learning new technologies and rapid change.
Serve as SME "go to person for our core subject areas and drive broader business outcomes
